Delivery Confirmation
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the postal or courier service (including confirmation such as a delivery scan or recipient signature), it will be deemed successfully delivered. Padelnova is not responsible for lost or stolen items after the carrier has confirmed delivery. If you believe there is an error with the delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly and notify us as soon as possible so we can assist where possible.
